Abstract
Costello syndrome is a distinctive multiple‐anomaly condition whose core features include a characteristic facial appearance, moderate intellectual handicap, poor postnatal growth, loose skin of the hands and feet with characteristic hand position, and papillomata. Additional features include increased birth weight, severe feeding difficulty, cardiac abnormalities, additional skin lesions, and joint laxity. There is an increased risk for tumors.
