As of November 1, 2016, the library deposit system was abolished.
If there is no claim for refund of deposit by October 31, 2026, it will be attributed to the national treasury under 「the Government Deposit Act」.
Relevant people (Hyowon members and applicants for leave of absence) are requested to return the deposit. Detail about deposit return

How to apply

1. Preparation and submission of applications for library membership

  • Fill out the library membership application form (front and back)
  • Submit a deposit receipt (indicate your name, account, and amount)
  • Location : Desk on the 1F, Central Library ☎ 051-510-1308
  • Time : Monday to Friday (09:30 ~ 17:30)

2. Pay annual membership fee(must use your name and cannot be refunded)

  • Payment by bank transfer or deposit without a bankbook after checking the designated account for each member
    ※ Nonghyup ATM is located in front of the central library

3. How to download a mobile membership card

Delivery Service

Please register the disabled in the library first before applying.(☎ 051-510-1800)

How to apply Delivery Service and Notices
  1. Access and login to the library homepage
  2. Check the catalog information of the materials you want to borrow by searching the catalog data
    (Search for catalog data > Click on data name > Catalog information > Book status > Borrow available)
  3. Apply for delivery service after clicking the [배]버튼 button on the ‘service’ of the collection information.
  4. Due to a manpower shortage, It is difficult to do delivery if you apply for a lot of books at once.
    Please apply for up to 10 books at a time as much as possible.
  • Books on loan or books that cannot be borrowed cannot be applied
  • Be sure to enter contacts, email in [My Menu] > [Change Information]
  • Applications before 09:00 are received on the same day, and applications after 09:00 are received on the next day
  • The time required from receipt to borrow is 1 day
  • Delivery Hours : Monday to Friday 10:00 ~ 12:00 (Once a day)
    ※Delivery may not be possible to prevent damage to data in case of rain.
  • Return directly to the relevant library
