Abstract
The horizontal rotary forging technique is characterized by even forging deformation, material and energy conservation by replacing global deformation by local cyclic deformation. It adopts cartridge valves-integrated hydraulic system. Its rotary forging sliding components, clamping mechanism, and rotary forging head are equipped with their own valve group and hydraulic pump aggregate. In this paper, the logical relationship between PLC input and output signal is established via mediacy state control signal, and the semi-automatic operation program of hydraulic control system of horizontal rotary forging machine is developed.
