Abstract
The article focuses on the need for more parks across Emeryville, California. Topics discussed include impact of high costs of land on improvement of parks across the area, efforts of the U.S. Trust for Public Land to deal with problems related to establishment of new parks and recreation areas, and efforts to find alternatives for funding of parks.
