Abstract
The article focuses on a study which investigates advantages of performance-based financing (PBF) in sub-Saharan health systems in an attempt to improve service delivery. Topics discussed include initiative to all health centres (HC) and district hospitals (DH), evaluation on service delivery and hospital management.
