Abstract
The article reports on thee results of research which was conducted in an effort to determine whether carboxypeptidase z modulates Wnt/Β-catenin signaling and terminal differentiation of growth plate cartilage. Researchers found that carboxypeptidase z links thyroid hormones and Wnt signaling pathways in growth plate chondrocytes and that thyroid hormones may regulate the differentiation of chondrocytes by regulating Wnt pathways.
