Abstract
The article provides information on a voluntary sector agency called Look Ahead Housing and Care, that provides housing, care and support for some of the most vulnerable client groups in Great Britain such as people with mental health problems and learning disabilities and homeless people. A study conducted by the agency reveals that there is a tendency to underreport adverse incidents concerning people with mental problems in social housing.
