Abstract
The article discusses the different models of privatisation of the public company Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine. It offers information on the five basic privatization models when it comes to privatisation of electric power companies and the different modifications of sale that can be conducted to achieve privatisation. It discusses the six potential privatisation methods for electric power companies. It adds that the methods were divided into majority and partial privatisation.
