Abstract
The article presents a study regarding the cutaneous toxicities developed during selective anti-BRAF therapies, including the role of combination with MEK inhibitors in preventing these toxicities. Several inhibitors are tested such as vemurafenib, dabrafenib, and dabrafenib-trametinib combined treatment. Particular focus is also given to skin toxicities such as photosensitivity, palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK), and keratosis pilaris (KP).
