Abstract
The article presents a single-cell phenotyping tool capable of analyzing image-based clonal properties at a large scale, allowing for the quantification of phenotypic heterogeneity in single-cell drug responses. By exploiting a previously unidentified flow regime in microfluidic networks, the platform can handle tens of thousands of single-cell-derived acute myeloid leukemia clones' responses to targeted therapy, identifying rare resistance and morphological phenotypes.
