Abstract

Topics discussed include the patient continued to receive primary and subspecialty care and be followed for his other malignancies; and fatal intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in an HCV-infected patient who received unrestricted access to treatment for three malignancies and other chronic health conditions.
