Abstract
The article presents the case of a 43-year-old man who was rushed to a clinic due to functional collateral flow between normal coronary arteries to discuss functional coronary collateral circulation in severe aortic stenosis with the absence of coronary artery disease. Also cited are his other conditions like angina pectoris and exertional dyspnea and the conducted tests like transthoracic echocardiography and preoperative coronary angiography.
