Abstract
The article discusses a study which examines the relationship between the inflammatory mediators serum free light chains (FLC), interferon-alpha and interleukins (IL), and disease activity in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and arrange the dis-double stranded DNA (dsDNA) antibody status of the mediators. Results show the significant difference of serum lambda FLC and IL-6 levels among patients with and without dsDNA antibodies.
