Abstract
This document summarizes a study on the allergen profile of the storage mite Tyrophagus putrescentiae. The study used multi-omic approaches to identify allergen homologues in the mite's genome and found that gene expression levels were important for proteomic identification. The researchers discovered several ungrouped homologues of known allergens but did not investigate the immunological aspects of these allergens. Overall, the research provides a comprehensive understanding of the allergen complexity of T. putrescentiae. [Extracted from the article]
