Abstract
The article presents a case study related to papillary haemangioma in the spinal canal of a patient with a germline 12p microdeletion. Topics include a 45-year-old man was presented with a 1-month history of progressive back pain, lower extremity weakness and difficulty urinating and microscopic examination of the excised mass demonstrated vasculature with branching, papillary architecture protruding into larger vascular spaces.
