The article focuses on the study of the pathological factors of autoanitobodies for the evolution of lupus nephritis. The study is designed to view the pathogenic factors found in the disease which characterized by the emergence of immunoglubins in the glomerular basement membrane (GBM). The study also discusses the effect of autoantibodies on podocytes, significant roled of nucleosomes for the disease development and the discovery of potential therapeutic drugs essential in disease prevention.
