Abstract
In the article, the authors present the case of a 57-year-old female who was rushed to a hospital due to dizziness and gait imbalance to discuss the association of peripheral blood interleukin 6, interleukin 10, and T lymphocyte leves with immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) induced pneumonitis. Other topics include how ICIs promote cytotoxic and antineoplastic immune cell function, and the biomarkers of immune-related adverse events (irAE).
