Group Study Room
Group study rooms can be reserved through the seat allocation app (PNU Place).
Guidelines
- To prevent monopoly, you can apply once a day (up to 2 hours), and you can make a reservation within 7 days (not included on the day of reservation).
- When applying for the group study room, companion users can also install the app and register as companion users after agreeing to the consent form for collecting and using personal information.

Saebyeokbeol Library Guidelines
- The group study room of the Dawn Bee Library must be certified by all accompanying users at the Saebyeokbeol Library kiosk from 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the reservation time to complete the reservation.
The reservation will be cancelled upon non-authentication processing. - In the case of the 1st floor of the Saebyeokbeol Library, when all accompanying users have completed authentication, an access password will be sent to the group study room reservation representative at the time of reservation, and the entrance will be open if you enter the password.
- Failure to authenticate until 15 minutes after the reservation time will result in bankruptcy and future group study room reservations may be restricted.
- In the case of the 1st floor of the Saebyeokbeol Library, when all accompanying users have completed authentication, an access password will be sent to the person in charge of reservation of the group learning room when making a reservation, and the entrance will be opened by entering the password.
Mirinae Reading Room(‘Academia’) Guidelines
- The group study room in the ‘Academia’ is only available to instructors, graduate students and research student after graduation.
Medicine & Life Science Library(Yangsan Campus) Guidelines
- The seminar room of the Medical Life Science Library (30 people’s room) is operated by reservation through the app from 09:00 to 22:00, and is autonomous from 22:00 to 09:00 the next day.
- The group study room (for 15 people) is open 24 hours a day.
Nano & Life Science Library(Miryang Campus) Guidelines
- The seminar room of the Nano-Life Science Library is operated by reservation through the app from 09:00 to 23:00
