불공정 이용 사례

  • 출판사 콘텐츠를 생성형 AI 시스템에서 활용하는 행위(업로드, 개발, 학습, 프로그래밍, 개선 또는 강화 등)
위반 시 제재
  • 출판사에 의한 해당 IP 또는 기관 전체 접속 차단
