Examines the implementation of Directive 2014/104 (Damages Directive) under the Competition Act 1998 Sch.8A, including: the UK's approach to the implementation; the subject matter and temporal application of the measures; the disclosure regime; the rules of limitation; the award of damages and the passing-on defence; and the rules on joint and several liability and contribution. Considers its implications for private enforcement in the UK.
