Abstract
Interviews Gareth Peirce, Vice-President of the Haldane Society of Socialist Lawyers. Considers her responses to questions on topics such as whether the Muslim community is being unfairly targeted, whether there are parallels between the contemporary treatment of Muslims and the treatment of the Irish community in the 1970s and 1980s, the impact of control orders on detainees, and her views on the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and its subsequent amendments.
