Abstract
Spanish, 20th century, male. Born 1906, in Santiago, Cuba, to Spanish parents. Painter. Portraits, landscapes, still-lifes, flowers. Rovira Soler studied at the Escuela de Arte y Oficios in Barcelona before moving to Madrid to study at the Prado Museum. He was awarded a travel scholarship which enabled him to travel not only to France and Italy but also to Cuba and the USA.
