Spanish, 16th century, male. Active in Seville. Died before 1595. Painter. In October 1563 Juan Chacon was commissioned to execute and gild an altar painting for the main altar in the monastery of the Cartuja (charterhouse) of Santa María de las Cuevas in Seville.
