본 연구는 일제강점기 상해의 조선체육인 안원생(1905∼1982)의 축구선수로서의 활동과 그 의미를 탐색하고자 연구되었다. 문헌연구법을 통한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안원생은 1905년 독립운동가 안중근의 동생인 안정근의 장남으로 태어났다. 성장기 안원생의 조선, 러시아, 중국 등지에서의 생활은 그의 대외지향적 세계관 형성의 환경적 배경으로 작용했다. 둘째, 1922년 그는 상해유학생축구단의 일원으로 첫 국제교류경기 참가를 시작으로 일본 동경과 고베 그리고 오사카 해외원정경기 등에 참가하였다. 나아가 그는 중국아마추어축구팀의 일원으로 베트남, 자바, 싱가포르 등지로의 해외 원정경기에 참가하며 최종적으로 유럽원정을 계획하기도 하였다. 그는 국제경기 규칙 습득의 필요성과 국제스포츠 뉴스를 국내에 전하고, 국제경기를 대비한 청백축구단을 조직했다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 안원생의 체육활동은 끊임없이 대외 지향적이며 국제적 세계관을 견지하고 있었다.
A Study on the Internationality of Ahn Won-saeng(1905-1982), a Soccer Player in the Japanese Colonial Era. To this end, a literature research method was implemented, and the study results are as follows. First, Ahn Won-saeng was born in 1905 as the nephew of independence activist Ahn Joong-geun and the eldest son of Ahn Jung-geun, and his life in Russia and China served as an environmental background for his international formation. Second, in 1922, he participated in international exchange games across the border as a member of the Shanghai Student Football Team and in overseas away games in Tokyo, Kobe, and Osaka, Japan. as a member of the Chinese amateur soccer team, he participated in overseas away games to Vietnam, Java, and Singapore and eventually planned an expedition to Europe. he worked as an international correspondent who delivered international game rules and international sports news to Korea and organized a soccer team in preparation for international games. Finally, as discussed above, Ahn Won-saeng’s physical activity was continuous and had cross-border internationality several times.
