웹툰을 활용한 한국어 거절 화행 교육 방안 연구 : 취업 목적의 중급 학습자를 중심으로 / A Study on the Method of Teaching Korean Refusal Speech Acts by Using “Webtoons”

Abstract
본 논문에서는 한국어 거절 화행의 분류와 한국인이 자주 사용하는 거절 화행 전략을 분석하여 교육용으로 적합한 거절 화행 전략과 그에 적합한 작품을 도출하였다. 분석 결과를 통해 한국어 중급 외국인 학습자가 한국어 교육에서 거절 의사를 표현할 수 있도록 하였다. 한국인이 주로 사용하는 거절 전략과 직장 내에서 상대방의 체면을 손상하지 않으면서 동료 간 우호 관계를 유지할 수 있는 전략에 대한 내용이 주를 이룬다. 또한, 학습자들이 이 교육 지도안을 통해 직장 생활에 대해 어떤 내용을 배울 수 있는지도 알아보았다. 1장에서는 연구 목적을 제시하고 연구 방법을 설명한 후에 거절 화행에 대한 선행 연구를 검토해 보았다. 2장에서는 거절 화행을 이해하기 전에 먼저 화행 이론의 정의를 제공하고, 거절 화행의 정의와 분류를 제시하고 분석하였다. 선행 연구의 분류와 비교하여 새로운 분류를 요약하였다. 선행 연구에서는 한국인이 가장 많이 사용하는 거절 화행은 이유를 설명하기 위한 것으로 확인되었으며, 교육용 자료로 활용할 수 있는 거절 화행 전략을 선정하였다. 3장에서는 교육용 소재로 채택할 만화의 선정 기준을 기술하였다. 그리고 해당 기준에 따라 와 를 한국어 거절 화행 교육용 자료로 선택하였다. 2장의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 선정된 작품에서 직장 배경에서 화자 간의 관계와 어떤 전략을 사용하는지 예를 들어 분석하였다. 4장에서는 사용할 교육 모형과 교육 목표를 기술하며, 한국어 중급 외국인 학습자를 위한 교육 지도안을 설계하였다. 5장에서 연구 결과를 정리하였다.
In this paper, analyzed the classification of Korean rejection speech and the frequently used rejection speech practice strategy to derive an appropriate rejection speech action strategy for education and the workplace. The aim was to enable intermediate Korean foreign learners to express refusals effectively in Korean language education. The main focus was on the rejection strategies commonly employed by Koreans and the strategies for maintaining friendly relations between colleagues in the workplace without damaging anyone's reputation. Additionally, examined what learners can learn about their work life through this educational guidance plan. Chapter 1 presented the study's purpose, explained the research methodology, and reviewed previous studies on rejection speech. Chapter 2 first provided the definition of speech behavior theory as a basis for understanding rejection speech behavior. It presented and analyzed the definitions and classifications of rejection speech behavior, summarizing them in comparison to previous studies. Confirmed that the most frequently used rejection speech strategy by Koreans was to explain the reason behind the refusal. Selected a rejection speech strategy that can serve as educational material. Chapter 3 described the criteria for selecting cartoons to be used as educational materials. "Gaus Electronics" and "Passion Hogu" were selected as educational materials for Korean language rejection based on relevant standards. Building on the analysis results from Chapter 2, analyzed the selected works by providing examples of the relationship between speakers and the strategies used in workplace scenarios. Chapter 4 outlined the educational model and goals to be used, and designed an educational guidance plan for intermediate foreign learners of Korean. Chapter 5 summarized the research findings.
