Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study is to estimate the level of positive emotional state of the current hospital in which the members directly work by dividing the job satisfaction of hospital workers by the type of hospital, It is aimed to help hospital management by providing. Methods: The subjects of this study were medical personnel who worked in primary, secondary, and tertiary hospitals located in Daejeon and central areas in accordance with the research design of this study. And the questionnaire survey was conducted. Data collection for this study was collected from Nov. 1, 2017 to Nov. 15, 15 days. The questionnaires were structured questionnaires, which were prepared by staff and equipment. The questionnaire included a detailed description of the purpose of the investigation and a guideline that led to faithful answers. Survey respondents were using a total of 241 people in the final analysis, except for the 59 people judged as answer a total of 300 people insincere or double. Results: First, in the general characteristics, more than 70% of the women, 60% of the unemployed, 95% of the professional college graduates or older, 46% of the age group, 46% of the monthly income are in the first medical institution, the second medical institution and the third medical institution. ~ 3 million won 78%. Second, according to the welfare system and facility for the work environment factors, 41.4% was the most common in the primary institution, and 36.0% and 52.0% in the secondary and tertiary hospitals respectively. Third, according to the medical institution for pride and rewards among the factors of value realization, the highest rate was 53.7% in the case of the primary institution, 44.2% in the case of the secondary institution and 44.2% in the case of the secondary institution.
