Abstract
China's e-commerce has been boosted by the rapid development of internet technology since the 21st century. Especially in recent years, the rapid growth of electricity market is the decisive factor for achieving in the peak of e-commerce. It is said that e-commerce is the core value of e-business. On one hand the scale of e-commerce grows exponentially, on another hand e-commerce plays a role in promoting economic growth on trade, finance, express delivery and other service industries. Since 2015, the national economic strategic plan "Internet+" of China develops constantly. Moreover, China and Korea have signed the FTA, which is helpful for two countries cross-border e-commerce developing. The proportion of cross-border e-commerce is expected to continue to grow. For the e-commerce to be promoted between two countries, especially for the profound understanding of the direct purchase makert is needed. Based on the analysis of e-commerce activities between China and Korea, this paper focuses on the current researches and deeply understands e-commerce. To combine the laws, regulations and policies of China and Korea, this paper points out the present situation, problems and suggestions for further development. At the same time, this paper mainly studies the problems of the platform, logistics and political diplomacy between China and Korea, and then it puts forward the feasible development plan accordingly. It hopes to provide a favorable basis for cross-border e-commerce into the globalization process 3.0, which will promote not only cross-border e-commerce development of China and Korea, but also other countries and regions.Key words: Internet, E-commerce, Cross-border e-commerce
