The purpose of this study is to find out personal and organizational measures by analyzing experiences home care workers and facility care workers have got any sexual abuses and coping behavior, actual conditions and problems for nd to utilize it as basic data necessary for development. I use questionnaire survey analysis for this study and the people surveyed were working in nursing care facilities with nursing care facility licenses for elderly nursing homes and home welfare facilities were located in Gyeongsangbuk - do. The data was collected by extraction method and 378 parts of 400 questionnaires which have 22 poor answers were used for the final analysis. First, the sexual damages of the care-givers were the highest among three aspects of sexual damages. In the case of physical sexual harm, the sexual victims from the care subjects were 42 (11.3%) and from their family were 7 (2.0%). In the case of verbal sexual harm, the number of the victims from the care subjects was 16(4.1%), and 7 (2.3%) from their family. In the case of the visual damage, the victims of 13 (3.5%) were from the family and 5 (1.2%) from the subjects' family. 본 연구는 재가요양보호사 및 시설요양보호사를 대상으로 성적 피해 경험과 대처행동, 실태 및 문제점을 탐색적으로 비교ㆍ검토함으로써 개인적·조직적 차원의 대처방안을 모색하고, 이를 토대로 체계적인 성적 피해 대처행동 매뉴얼 개발에 필요한 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 방법은 설문지를 이용한 서베이이며, 연구 대상은 경상북도에 소재한 노인요양시설, 재가복지기관에 근무하는 요양보호사 자격증을 소지하고 요양서비스를 제공하고 있는 요양보호사를 대상으로 편의표본 추출방법으로 자료를 수집하였고, 수집된 설문지 총 400부 중 부실한 응답 22부를 제외하고 총 378부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다.주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요양보호사에 대한 성적 피해는 신체적 성적 피해, 언어적 성적 피해, 시각적 성적 피해 중 신체적 성적 피해가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 신체적 성적 피해의 경우 대상자로부터의 성적 피해가 42명(11.3%), 대상자 가족으로부터의 성적 피해가 7명(2.0%)으로 나타났으며, 언어적 성적 피해의 경우 대상자로부터의 성적 피해가 16명(4.1%), 대상자 가족으로부터의 성적 피해가 7명(2.3%)로 나타났다. 그리고 시각적 성적 피해는 대상자로부터의 성적 피해가 13명(3.5%), 대상자 가족으로부터의 성적 피해가 5명(1.2%)으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구통계학적 특성과 시설유형에 따른 집단간 성적 피해 정도 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 요양보호사의 학력에 따른 언어적 성적 피해 정도는 p
