Abstract
21세기에 들어와서 인터넷 기술이 발전하면서 인간의 일상생활 방식, 기업의 경영 방식 등 각 분야에 큰 영향을 미치고 전통적인 생활•경영 방식이 바뀌고 있다. 특히 인터넷 기술을 이용하여 상거래와 결합하여 생기된 전자상거래가 급히 발전하면서 소비자들이 지간과 공간의 제약에 한하지 않고 컴퓨터와 휴대폰을 통해서 언제 어디서나 원하는 정보나 관심 상품을 검색하거나 주문할 수 있었다. 심지어 인간의 일상생활과 기업의 경영 활동에 컴퓨터와 휴대폰 없이 하루도 못 살 것이라고 해도 과언이 아니다. 더불어 저렴한 스마트폰의 출시와 확산이 전자상거래에서 모바일 상거래로 반전하고 촉진하는 데 큰 도움이 되었다. 모바일 상거래는 전통적 상거래 방식에 비해 강한 가격 경쟁력은 물론이고 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 다양한 상품을 편리하게 검색하고 비교하는 특성이 모바일 상거래의 최대한 장점이다. 따라서 모바일 상거래의 특성이 무엇인지, 모바일 상거래의 특성이 모바일 상거래 이용자들의 만족도와 재이용의도 간의 상호 관계를 연구하여 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 중국 모바일 상거래의 특성이 이용자의 만족도와 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고 모바일 상거래에 관한 경영업체의 경쟁력재고 방안을 모색하고 도출하는 데 노력을 기울이고 있다. 따라서 살문조사를 통하여 기술통계와 실증분석으로 중국 모바일 상거래 이용자들의 만족도와 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 모바일 상거래의 특성에 대한 분석을 상세하게 진행해 왔다. 우선 모바일 상거래의 발전과정 및 특성을 살펴보고 중국의 현재 모바일 상거래의 발전실태를 고찰하였다. 그 다음에 설문조사를 통하여 받은 자료를 기술통계분석으로 모바일 상거래 특성, 만족도, 재이용의도 간의 상호관계를 도출하여 현재 모바일 상거래의 만족도와 재이용의도에 정(+)과 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 분석을 진행할 뿐만 아니라 모바일 상거래 만족도 및 재이용의도에 제일 많이 끼치는 영향 요인이 무엇인지도 자세하게 도출하였다. 마지막으로 모바일 상거래의 순조로운 발전을 위한 개선방안과 문제점을 살펴보고 도출하였다.
After entering the 21st century, the development of network technology greatly influenced daily life and enterprise operation, and also changed them, all of these promoted the rapid development of electronic commerce which is combined by network technology and business trade, so that the consumers could get rid of time and space to use computer and phone to search and order the goods that they are interesting. Indeed, it could be argued that the computer and phone is an integral part of the daily life and enterprise. In addition, the cut-price intelligent machines appearing and developing have greatly improved the development that transformed from electronic commerce to mobile commerce. The mobile commerce has absolute price advantage than electronic commerce, and the biggest advantage is that beyond the limitation of time and space the customers could search and order kinds of goods. Therefore, it is necessary to study the characteristics of the mobile commerce, and how does it impact the mobile commerce customer satisfaction and reuse willing. This thesis is the study in characteristics of Chinese mobile commerce and it impacts customer satisfaction and reuse willing, all of these might try to improve the competitiveness of the business enterprises. Therefore, it is going to carry out technology statistics and example analysis through the questionnaires, and then analyze the mobile commerce satisfaction and the characteristics of mobile commerce which is impacted by customer reuse willing. Firstly, it is going to analyze the development、characteristic and trend of the mobile commerce, Secondly, it is going to use the SPSS program and technology analysis to analyze the statistical data from the questionnaire, and then to get the relevance between the characteristics、satisfaction and willing of the mobile commerce. It is not only to analyze the factors that impacted the satisfaction and reuse willing of the mobile commerce, and also analyze the most important factor that impacted satisfaction and reuse willing. Finally, it is going to suggest that could improve the development and problem of the mobile commerce, and hope to help our country to improve and reform the development of the mobile commerce.
