Abstract
노동에 대한 종래의 관점은 심리적 과정이 단지 정서적 측면만 포함한다는 한계점을 갖고 있다. 이 한계를 벗어나려면 심리적 과정에는 정서적 측면 이외에 인지적 측면을 추가해야 한다고 본다. 이에 본 연구는 인간관계는 육체적, 정서적, 인지적 인간관계의 3차원을 가지고 있다는 가설을 제안한다. 더욱이 세 차원은 군 조직의 필수적 근간인 계급과 직위에 따라 그 분포가 다를 것이라고 나름의 가설을 제안한다. 세 차원의 인간관계의 분포를 검토하기 위해 초급장교, 선임병, 후임병 등 각 계급의 전형적인 성향에 따른 지위를 상/하로 둘로 나누어서 모두 6개의 집단으로 구분하였다(독립변수). 각 집단은 등장 주인공의 군복무 일상(에피소드)으로 기술되었다. 평가자들은 이 6개 집단의 상황 기술을 읽고 그 주인공들이 갖는 인간관계를 육체, 정서, 인지적 3차원에서 평정하게 하였다(종속변수). 본 연구의 결과는 각종 통계자료에 의해서 인지, 정서, 육체적 인간관계의 3차원으로 분화됨을 지지하였다. 전형적 수준은 초급장교, 선임병, 후임병 지위에 관계없이 모두 인지적, 정서적, 육체적 인간관계가 높이 요구되었다. 그 중에서도 전형적인 초급장교는 인지적 인간관계가 높았고, 선임병은 정서적 인간관계가, 후임병은 육체적 인간관계가 높았다. 이중 전형적 초급장교는 병사(선임병 또는 후임병)의 전형적 지위보다 인지, 정서, 육체의 모든 인간관계가 더 높게 요구되었다. 전형적 군인의 성향은 선임병이 초급장교나 후임병보다 높았으며 인지, 정서, 육체의 모든 인간관계는 초급장교에서 부담이 크다는 것이 나타났다. 이러한 경향은 지위에 관계없이 전형적 수준에 관련된 공통성이라 할 수 있다. 각 조건의 거리를 분석해 보면 지위 경계를 벗어나 전형성에 따라 거리가 달랐다. 본 연구는 인지심리학적으로 군 조직의 각 지위와 전형성 간의 인간관계를 분석한 연구로서 차후에 이러한 모델을 적용하여 군 조직의 문제를 진단하고 대안을 제시하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 본다.
The conventional perspective of labor has a breaking point that psychological process has just the emotional side. To exit from this limit, in addition to the emotional side of the psychological process, we need to add the cognitive aspects. This study suggest a hypothesis that human relationships has three dimensions of physical, emotional, and cognitive relationships. Moreover, the three dimensions will have a another hypothesis that are different from the distribution of its own according to a military organization depends on rank and position. To review the three dimensional relationships, the primary grade officers, senior soldiers and private soldiers such as typical of each rank, soldiers depending on the position and inclination in two parts separated by all six groups (independent variables). Each group is of the main character featured in the army was described as a routine (episode). They read the situation of the Group technology in the six protagonists having relationships in the flesh, emotions, cognitive 3D at affectionately (dependent variable).As a result of this research is made possible by the various statistical data, divided into three dimensions of emotional, physical and cognitive relationships. Typical level required more high cognitive, emotional, and physical relationships regardless of primary grade officer, senior soldier and private soldiers. Most of the officers have high cognitive relationships and typical senior soldier have emotional relationships. Private soldiers have physical relationships. The typical primary grade officer required more cognitive, emotional and physical relationships than soldiers(senior soldiers or private soldiers). The inclination of a typical serviceman is higher to senior soldiers than primary grade officers or private soldiers and all of the physical body, emotions, cognitive relationships is a burden on the primary grade officers appeared. This trend is related to the typical level, regardless of the status of a commonality can be called. If you look at the status of each condition analyzed the distance was different according to the typicality apart from forming the boundary. This study, from cognitive psychology, studied the relationships of the rank and typicality of military organizations. These models will be applied to military organization to diagnose the problem and be able to take advantage of the present alternatives.
