방한 중국 자유 관광객의 숙박시설 선택속성이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 / The research on accommodation selection factors and hotel facilities influence the behavioral intention of chinese FIT

Abstract
최근 한국 관광수요가 증가하면서 동시에 중국 방한 관광객도 예년에 비하여 증가하고 있다. 그러다보니 자유 관광객 역시도 증가 추세를 보이고 있다. 이 사람들은 단체여행이 아닌 자유 여행을 즐기는 사람들이다. 그러다보니 다른 사람과 다른 숙박시설에 대한 생각을 갖고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국관광객의 방한 동기 및 한국 숙박시설 이용에 있어서 이용객들이 인지하는 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 방한경험이 있는 중국 관광객을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증조사는 문헌연구 를 토대로 도출된 중국 방한 관광객의 방한동기와 숙박시설 고객만족도를 측정할수 있는 설문항목을 설정하였으며, 방한 관광객을 대상으로 인터넷 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 회수된 설문의 통계처리는 IBM SPSS Statistics 19통계패키지를 사용하 여 빈도분석, 타당성 및 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
Currently, with the increasing number of overseas tourists and the touristfrom china compared with other years. the Free Independent Traveler(FIT) are keep increasing during .these years. Especially the Chinesetourists start to visit Korean by themselves more often instead of apply for those package tours hold by the traveling company. Therefore, they have different needs about the living place during the traveling period. Thepurpose of the study is to analyze the influence of factors in choosing accommodation facilities of Korean Wave tourists from China on their satisfaction and their intention of their reuse. In this research, Objects are fit from China with experience of visiting South Korea. The instruction of this study, base on the literature research was firstly carried out; definition about choice of tendency for accommodation and fit consumers were given; thenan explorative study was made on relevant literature of consumers’ satisfaction of accommodation. By using IBM SPSS Statistics 19 statistical software, the frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis andregression analysis are made on the collected questionnaire.
