이 연구는 현재 한국의 대학 기관에서 사용되는 중급 한국어 교재의 연결 어미와 한국어능력시험 문법의 연결 어미에 대한 분석을 통해 연결 어미 난이도를 측정하고 측정된 난이도를 바탕으로 교육용 연결 어미를 선정하고 위계화하는 데에 목적이다. 중급용 한국어 연결 어미 난이도의 분석을 위해서 본 연구는 다음과 같이 진행하였다. 1장은 연구의 목적과 필요성, 선행연구와 연구 방법을 제시하였고 선행연구를 바탕으로 현재 한국어 교재에서 문법의 선정과 배열의 문제점을 제기하였다. 그리고 연결 어미를 연구 대상으로 하는 이유를 제시하였다. 2장에서는 교재 문법의 선정과 배열에 중요한 기준인 난이도의 개념과 난이도 결정 요인에 대해서 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 특히 난이도 결정 요인에서 문법의 복잡성의 중요성을 제시하였는데, 이는 연결 어미의 난이도에 대한 연구의 기준이 된다. 3장에서는 중급용 연결 어미의 교육 현황을 살펴보고자 『연세 한국어』, 『이화 한국어』,『서강 한국어』,『재미있는 한국어』의 중급 교재에서 나타나는 연결 어미를 정리하였고 한국어능력시험의 중급에서 나타나는 연결 어미를 정리하였다. 정리한 결과를 통해서 현재 한국어 교재에서 연결 어미의 선정과 배열에 편차가 심하고 교재에서 나타나는 연결 어미와 한국어능력시험에서 나타나는 연결 어미가 일치하지 않다는 것을 제시하였다. 4장에서는 문법 항목의 복잡성을 바탕으로 연결 어미의 난이도를 분석하였다. 문법 항목의 복잡성을 분석하는 데 문법 형태의 복잡성과 의미의 복잡성으로 나누어 분석하였고 그 중에 의미의 복잡성은 의미의 투명성과 의미의 다양성으로 나누어 연결 어미의 난이도를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 연결 어미를 난이도별로 점수를 부여하였고 난이도 배점에 따른 연결 어미의 선정과 위계화를 제시하였다. 5장에서는 연결 어미 난이도에 대한 분석 결과를 검증하고자 문법성 테스트를 만들어 실험을 하였다. 실험의 결과 앞서 분석된 연결 어미의 난이도 결과와 편차를 보인 부분이 있다. 이런 결과가 나타나게 된 원인은 현재 한국어 교재에서 연결 어미에 대한 교육이 부족하고 난이도의 결정요인이 문법의 복잡성뿐만 아니라 여러 다른 요인들도 존재하는 것으로 해석된다. 6장에서는 이 연구의 내용을 정리하였고 한국어 연결 어미의 난이도 측정에 대한 의의와 방향을 제안하였다. 그리고 이 연구 결과의 제한점을 밝히고 향후의 연구를 제시하였다. 이 연구는 한국어 중급 학습자를 위한 연결 어미의 난이도에 관한 기초 연구로, 문법 복잡성을 바탕으로 연결 어미의 난이도를 분석했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 문법의 난이도에 대한 다각적인 연구의 바탕이 될 것이다. 이 연구는 문법의 복잡성에서 문법의 형태와 의미의 특징을 자세히 분석하였으므로 교재에서 연결 어미의 선정과 배열에 참고할 수 있는 자료가 될 것이다. 그리고 한국어 학습자들이 연결 어미를 학습하는 데 더 효율적으로 학습할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 것이다.
This thesis is through the analysis of the ending connectives which in intermediate Korean materials that now used in Korean university institutions and the ending connectives which in Korean Language Proficiency Test (TOPIK) to determinate the difficulty of ending connectives, and the result of the measurement as the basis to select the ending connectives for Korean materials and divide the ending connectives. In the first chapter it describes the purpose and the necessity of this research. Study the basic direction first and the research method. Based on the first study it pointed out the problems of the grammar selected and the arrangement in the Korean materials now. And this paper also describes the reasons for taking ending connectives as the research object In the second chapter it specifically investigated the concept of the degree of difficulty and determinants which as the important benchmark of the grammar selected and the arrangement in the Korean materials. Particularly it described the complexity and importance of grammar in the determinants of the degree of difficulty, which became the benchmark of the degree of difficulty of ending connectives researching.In the third chapter, in order to investigate the current status of education for the ending connectives of intermediate language, organizing the ending connectives in the intermediate Korean materials and the intermediate ending connectives which founded in the Korean Language Proficiency Test (TOPIK) . Through the result of organizing information it can show that ending connectives selected and the arrangement in the different Korean materials have very serious deviations, and the ending connectives in the Korean materials are different from the TOPIK.In the fourth chapter it analyzed the degree of difficulty of ending connectives which based on the complexity of grammar. Then in the analysis of the complexity of grammar, it analyzed the complexity of grammar form and the complexity of grammatical meaning respectively. Among this, the complexity of grammatical meaning divided into meaning of transparency and meaning of diversity for analyzing. To the results of the analysis as a basis for the degree of difficulty of ending connectives scoring, and according to the scoring to make the selected and divided of the degree of difficulty of ending connectives. In the fifth chapter, in order to test the results of the analysis connective end of easiness and conducted a questionnaire testing .It exists some deviation between the results of the survey and analysis, which may due to the point that Korean materials about ending connectives that is inadequate, and the determinants of the degree of grammar difficulty is not only complexity of grammar, but also the other factors. In the 6th chapter it has been organized the content of this paper and proposed the research direction about the degree of difficulty of ending connectives measurement .This paper shows the research results of disadvantages and at the same time ,it pointed out and supplied the the future research direction. This thesis’s basic research isabout the degree of difficulty of ending connectives for intermediate Korean language scholars. It is based on the complexity of the grammar. It is meaningful that analysts the difficulty level. And it will also be a foundation of grammar’s difficulty level research from multiple perspectives. This thesis carefully analyzes the form and meaning these two characteristics of the grammar when studying the syntactic complexity . Thus, this thesis could be used as the material resources about ending connectives, at the same time it can also help the foreign scholars learning Korean with high efficient .
