Abstract
Monitoring, inspection, a record are that HACCP to reduce true illness or the risk by the antibiotic is basic. In Korea introduces poultry farming HACCP in 2009 and manages Salmonella Enteritidis and the antibiotic. As of November, 2011, 266 broiler farms run HACCP. I confirmed the HACCP administration situation of 70 places of farms in that. As a result, I confirmed that I did not inspect it with monitoring. In addition, how to use antibiotic confirmed that I used it without managing the quantity. This article suggests a broiler HACCP operators to solve such a problem.
