Abstract
경제 활동에 있어서 국제화는 현재 가장 중요한 트렌드이다. 이런 환경 하에서 한국 기업들은 기업의 생존을 위해서 해외투자 비율을 늘리고 있는 상황이다. 현재 중국은 한국에게 제1위의 투자대상국이 되었다.중국에 진출한 한국중소기업 중에 성공한 기업도 많지만 사전조사의 결여, 성급한 진출, 문화차이 대응부족, 노무관리의 실패, 부적절한 마케팅 전략, 현지 경영자의 전문성 부족 등 여러 요인으로 기대했던 성과를 거두지 못하는 경우도 적지 않다. 특히 중소기업은 자신이 가지는 인력, 자금, 정보력 등 내부원인, 중국의 제도 및 법규(특히 2008년에 시작된 새로운 노동계약법)의 이해부족이나 대응능력 부족, 몇 년 동안 세계적으로 계속 겪고 있는 세계경제위기 등 외부원인 때문에 많은 비용이 발생하여 회사 경영전반에 어려움을 겪게 되고 있다. 본 논문은 중국에 진출한 한국중소기업들의 성공사례와 실패사례를 살펴보고 그것을 토대로 어떤 문제점을 가지고 있는지, 그에 대한 대응방안은 무엇인지에 대해 분석하고서 정리한다.
In the economic activities, internationalization is now the most important trend. In such an environment, South Korean enterprises are promoting the rate of overseas investment for survival's sake. At present China has become Korea's first investment target country.Among SMES(small and medium-size enterprise) that have entered the Chinese market, many enterprises have been successful. However, the situation that cannot achieve expected effect is not less because of shortage of preliminary investigations, impulsive investment, lack of responsiveness to cultural differences, failure about labor relations, ill-suited market strategy, shortage of local operator's professionalism and esc reasons. Especially due to the SMES' own human resources, funds, intelligence power and other internal factors, incomprehension about China's institution and regulations(Especially launch of the new labor contract law in 2008), the world economic crisis and other external factors, the high cost of overseas entry are produced and the company as a whole are running their business in difficulty time.This study examines the successful cases and failure cases of the SMES that have entered the Chinese market. According to this, it is important to analyse effectively by sorting problems and finding optimal solutions.
