This term paper was take the introduction of ERP System in China as the background, and concentrate on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages during the process of using ERP System by Chinese enterprises. At the same time, effects and appearing problems were also known and compared with those conditions in Korean enterprises currently. Finally, the distanse, as a result, between Chinese and Foreignadvanced enterprises comes out.In Chinese enterprises, there are many problems not only in management but also in practice, such as limited understanding of managers, too high input costs, monotonous mode and the figures update slow and inaccurate during the using of ERP Systems.The paper, especially for certain examples, do some analysis on how to improve the ways and methods of the using of ERP in Chinese enterprises.In the end, an improvement program is given out to solve the different kinds of problems in Chinese enterprises, and supply the reasonable suggestions on the development direction in the future.
