Abstract
최근 국제질서는 조금씩 달라지면서 동북아 지역은 범세계화의 영향을 큰 반면 지금까지 경제·정치적 통합 노력은 거의 없었던 지역으로 인식되었으나, 동아시아 금융위기를 계기로 3국은 지역주의에 참여할 것을 공식 선언했다. 1998년 이후 한국과 일본은 양국 간 FTA 체결에 대한 계속 논의하고 있으며, 중국은 작년 동남아 국가들과 FTA 체결을 제의하였다.동북아 3국 간 경제협력의 잠재력은 무엇보다도 부존요소의 보완성이 높은데에 기인한다. 자원, 기술, 자본, 시장 등 경제활동의 거의 모든 면에서 강한 보완성과 경쟁력을 갖추고 있어 독자적인 지역경제권과 경제협력체를 형성할 수 있는 조건을 갖추고 있다.일본의 첨단기술 및 자본, 한국의 생산기술 및 개발경험, 중국의 풍부한 노동력과 천연자원 등은 3국간의 경제협력이 어떠한 형태로든지 활성화 될 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다고 하겠다. 그와 같은 가능성을 고려할 때, 현재의 세계경제환경의 변화에 적응하면서 지속적인 경제성장을 유지하기 위해서도 3국간의 FTA 추진은 매우 긍정적으로 검토할 가치가 있다.본 연구는 21세기 한·중·일 경제 공동체 형성 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 그 구체적 접근 방법으로는 3국간의 득이 되는 경제혁렵을 강화함과 아울러 중·한·일 자유무역협정에 대한 전향적인 검토가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 궁극적으로는 3국간 경제공동체 형성을 위한 실현방법을 찾고자 하는 데에 연구의 목적을 두었다.본 연구의 범위 및 방법은 중·한·일 FTA 추진에 따른 경제적 효과의 필요성을 확인하기 위해 연구의 범위는 주로 문헌연구를 중심으로 하고, 다른 참고도서를 기준으로 작성하고, FTA의 여러 장, 장단점을 모색하고, 신문이나 국내외 서적과 정부 간행물, 연구논문 등의 보고서를 중심으로 연구하였다.
Two characteristics of the world's economy are the globalization and regional integrated economy. The trend globalization has brought out much attention on the importance of regional integrative regions-North American free trade region and the European Union-have made remarkable economic growth.Korea, China and Japan, are holding almost entirely a scale of 90% in East Asia's economy, and because of East Asia's fast expansion economy, it will progressively become the world third most power-ful economic region. Compared with other two parts, north-east Asian region inner market is still behind, inner trade and investment ratio is low.As Asian regions haven't reach any important agreements yet. After China succeeded in signing a frame agreement with ASEAN to establish a free trade are a last year, Korea, China and Japan, three economically important countries, made their future cooperation prospect even more attactive. If the tree countries make the establishment of a free trade area possible, I think that the situation of economic cooperation of a Asia will completely change, and the advanced level that north-east Asia in economic cooperatives will even be higher.FTA creates new global growing sources, boots regional economy and trade increase. As now China, Korea and Japan are all in the crucial period of economy development, stabling FTA require cooperation between the three governments on a system basis; it requires much efforts and time. Undoubtedly, the integration will have obstacles in the process, but feasibility cooperation scheme is surely exist.The present study analyzed the effects of the conclusion of China, Korea and Japan FTA by presenting various specific statistic model cases of FTA promotion. By integrating the contents of various matrials logically, we described plicies related to China, Korea and Japan FTA and the economic effects of the conclusion of FTA in an understandable way.Despite the trend of world economy toward integration centering on the WTO multilateral system, regional trade agreements are expanding and being intensified continuously, and expanding and being intensified continuously, and as world economy is faced with strategic approaches such as free trade agreement (FTA) to maintain their strenght for growthe and stable overseas markets.The present study purposed to examine the effects of FTA among China, Korea and Japan, which are now actively discussed and studied, and Economy and how we should cope with the effects, and to suggest things to be considered in entering FTA with China, Korea and Japan based on various research report and cases.
