Abstract
Since China has adopted the open-door policy with economic reform in December 1978, he is being on the verge of stepping into the new era of open market economy.This paper is centered the change of Chinese trade policy and the Korean Enterprises's Investment Revitalization to China from now.The process of Chinese economic policy development prior to the reformative opening, the old Chinese economic policy against colonialism and feudalism from 1945to 1952, the 1st 5-year economic policy from 1953 to 1957, the Great leap Economic Policy from 1956 to 1960, the Chinese economic restructuring policy from 1961to 1965, the Chinese economic restructuring policy from 1961to 1965, the economic policy during Cultural Revolution in 1966-76, the New Great Leap Economic Policy in 1977-78 and the trade policy before the reformative opening which as the economic feature Mao ZeDong founding People's Republic of China on Oct. 1 in 1949 exerted himself in the restoration of national economy, building the base of socialism reconstruction, resolving the leading social conflict, land reform policy, central control and price stabilization by People's Commune were all examined.The investment climate of China is changing. Consequently, Korean investing firms must not pursue to gain immediate reults at the expense of long-term gains. Also Korean investing firms to China can succeed in case of maintaining competitiveness complying with the industrial and economic development policy of China. Therefore, FDI firms need to continuously create competitive advantages. Especially, Korean firms need to continuously create competitive advantages. Especially, Korean firms need to increase appropriate production efficiency and enlarge product differentiation in China by region and industry. At the same time, in order to maintain competitiveness vis-a-vis foreign and local firms in China, Korean firms should actively prosecute localization and develop the sources of competitibe advantage. Finally Korean firms should attempt to increase synergy effect between Korean headquarters and affiliates in China.
