Abstract
For submarines, which are the core power of the Korean Navy, it is important to nurture and maintain crew members that require a high level of expertise and experience. From 2016 to 2020, 712 people were trained, but 368 people left, so the outflow rate reached 51.6%. In this study, one of the reasons for the departure of the submarine crew was considered as stress, and a method of using VR as a way to relieve the crew member's stress was studied.
우리나라 해군의 핵심전력인 잠수함은 고도의전문성과 경험이 요구되는 승조원 양성 및 유지가중요한데, 최근 열악한 근무환경 등으로 인해 승조원의유출이 이어지고 있으며, 2016년부터 2020년까지712명의 인력을 양성했지만 368명이 이탈해 유출률은51.6%에 이르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 잠수함 승조원이탈의 이유 중 하나를 스트레스로 보고, 승조원스트레스 완화 방안으로 VR을 활용한 방안에 대해연구하였다.
