Manual Therapy versus Kinesio Taping and Stretching to Enhance Plantar Mobility and the Quality of Life of Patients with Plantar Fasciitis. JEPonline 2022;25(4):37-52. This study examined the efficacies of court-type Thai traditional massage (CTM), kinesio taping (KT), and stretching (ST) in patients with plantar fasciitis. Ninety patients were divided into 3 Groups (n = 90) by a simple random sampling procedure. The CTM Group received 40 of court-type Thai traditional massage 2 times*[wk.sup.-1], the KT Group received kinesio taping 1 time*[wk.sup.-1], and the ST Group received plantar fascia and calf stretching every day during the 4-week intervention period. Ankle range of motion (A-ROM), foot function index (FFI), and quality of life (QOL) were assessed at week 0 (baseline), week 4 (completed treatment), and week 8 (follow-up). From the results, before and after ankle dorsiflexion, FFI, and QOL were shown to have significantly improved (P0.05). After treatment, a comparison among the Groups showed that the CTM Group experienced significant improvement in ankle plantar flexion and FFI at intervention and the follow-up period (P Key Words: Court-Type Thai Traditional Massage, Kinesio Taping, Manual Therapy, Plantar Fasciitis, Stretching
