Abstract
Research illustrates the high-spin to low-spin relaxation of the iron(II) spin-crossover compounds using laser flash photolysis technique. Of the two compounds, one shows single-exponential relaxation kinetics whereas the other exhibits a solvent-independent biphasic relaxation kinetics.
