Abstract
The QCOVID population based risk prediction algorithm showed very high levels of discrimination for deaths and hospital admissions due to covid-19. The results should be interpreted with caution because the absolute risks will change over time in line with the prevailing infection rate and the extent of social distancing measures. For different time periods, the model can be recalibrated.
