Abstract
The study was carried out to check the risks of egg consumption or dietary cholesterol to cause cardiovascular diseases and mortality. The risks of cardiovascular diseases and mortality were significantly very high in adults with high consumption of dietary cholesterol or eggs, and therefore, to manage it guidelines must be made.
