Abstract
The study attempts to evaluate physical fitness levels in college students; compare PETE students with students in other teacher education programs (TE), natural sciences (NS), and other programs (OP) at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus (UPRRP); and evaluate associations between fitness components. The results indicate that differences by gender and college program exist in various fitness components.
