Dimensions evaluation of Tabriz high schools consultants' occupational stress and their psychiatric health

Abstract
Background: 'stress" psychologically, the application of management psychology and organizational behavior has been used commonly as it happens at many people's social life Objective: The main purpose of the present study is to evaluate the dimensions of Tabriz high schools consultants' occupational stress and their psychiatric health. The statistical community of the present study includes the whole consultants of Tabriz high schools during 2012-2013 educational years by the number of 309 ones. The volume of the statistical sample is 175 ones using Morgan Table based on consultation with advisors and consultant professors. Data collection method of the questionnaire is consisted of two sections; in the first section, two parts regarding to personal information and questions about stress using LIKERT scale of researcher made type and the second part is subjected to the psychiatric health of standard type. These questionnaires were given to the statistical sample and after the explanation of the questionnaires, the obtained information being summarized, categorized using descriptive and inferential statistics were evaluated in this regard. The first part of the questionnaires was considered as descriptive and the second part was related to inferential case using SPSS Software of the distribution tables, percent, mean deviation and standard deviation and diagrams of every variables. Results: In this research, six hypotheses using Pearson correlation were represented and the results represented that there is an inverse significant relationship between job stress dimensions and psychiatric health among consultants. Conclusion: It seems that when the physical facilitations is low or unsuitable, the psychiatric health of consultants will be threatened; thus, it should be provided some useful backgrounds for the psychiatric health of these consultants and a s result, the efficacy of these people will be increased; for the reason, necessary facilitations should be provided in this field.
