Optical parameters of pyrite thin films

Abstract
A study was conducted on the optical characteristics of iron sulfuration-prepared pyrite thin films with 0.12-0.5 micrometer iron thickness sulfurated in the 620-770 K temperature range. Optical film thickness, absorption background and optical energy gap values were found to be associated with the pyrite film-glass substrate interface and the films' polycrystalline nature.
