Abstract
徽州文书于20世纪50年代被发现，其数量最初被估计为十余万件，近年来这一 数字被修正为近百万件。教育和商业是徽州文书得以产生的两大因素，徽州相对 封闭的自然环境导致较少受到战争波及，使得徽州文书得以保存至今。围绕徽州 文书的研究已经取得了丰硕成果，本文从社会经济史、法制史和日常生活史三个 维度对近年来徽州文书研究的新进展进行了梳理。可以预见，徽州文书研究必将 对中国史研究产生更加深刻的影响
Huizhou documents was discovered in the 1950s, and its number was initially estimated at more than one hundred thousands. However, in recent years, this number has been revised to nearly one million. Education and commerce are the two main factors for the generation of Huizhou documents, and Huizhou has a relatively closed natural environment, so there have been few wars, which has allowed Huizhou documents to be preserved so far. The research on Huizhou documents has already achieved variety of results, this paper introduces the recent new progress of Huizhou documents research from three perspectives: socio-economic history, legal history and history of everyday life. It can be predicted that the study of Huizhou documents will have a more profound impact on the study of Chinese history.
