The case study on intensive interview conducted on the staff at a dance performance company, Group S, which has managed itself for a certain period, shows contributory factors to its success. Firstly, the group's purpose of production is not only combining various genres but also realising a popular performance utilising digital technology. Secondly, it focuses on how people would react by using tron dance, equipped with a EL wire, as an application skill. Thirdly, it diversifies the repertory of tron technology, which can become trite easily. Fourthly, technology development, insufficient fund, and the lack of human resources network are discussed as tasks to solve. Positioning well at the early period of market, producing main technology and equipments in performance project by themselves, and a flexible plan for a performance based on where that is performed are contributory factors.
