Evolving factors for preserving chastity culture- Novel comparison of Ming/Qing dynasty and Korea Li, Hua Elaborating female chastity was also a symbol of human civilization. Both of Chinese and Korea were experiencing a same meet under one Confucian background. There was a different requisition for the female to preserve chastity in different dynasties, different nationalities and different locations though it was a common social phenomenon in the past.
