Abstract
From 2018 to 2019, Japan-Korea relations have deteriorated. One of the causes of the worsening of Japan-Korea relations is the ignorance of the governments, politicians, and the media in both countries. Therefore, in this paper, we will consider Japan-Korea relations around 2019 from the perspective of the knowledge of the Japanese and Korean governments, politicians, and the media. In this article, we consider the qualification judgment of October 30, 2018, the semiconductor export regulations of July 4, 2019, the exclusion of the White country on August 2, 2019, and the GSOMIA destruction by Korea decided on the 2nd of the same month. In this article, it was pointed out that the Japanese government is “violating international law” by bringing in unenforceable international law, and it is possible that the Japanese government violates the WTO Agreement. However, the South Korean government, which said the destruction of GSOMIA, but ended the destruction, did not carry out pre-reading activities, and both the Japanese and Korean governments are “ignorant”. In addition, it is assumed that the recruitment work judgment should originally be the point of extinction aging, but the media that do not report the point is ignorant. As a result, even if the relationship between the two countries is bad, not only will it take any action that will worsen the relationship with the partner country, but the lack of government knowledge will not be one of the major causes of the relationship deterioration. The conclusion is whether or not. After all, when the Japanese and Korean governments conclude a Japan-Korea claim agreement, it is necessary for the person in charge to hold the knowledge firmly in order to avoid such “ignorant diplomacy” based on the rules of construction of the Workers' Law. There will be.
