Abstract
法律援助制度是法律扶贫、扶弱和扶残，是实现法律面前人人平等和 完善社会保障法律体系的重要举措，是被世界多数国家普遍采用的司法 救助制度. 韩国现代法律援助制度起源于1956年，是亚洲国家中较早建立 起法律援助制度的国家. 韩国在借鉴吸收西方福利国家先进的法律援助制 度的基础上，经过几十年的发展，法律援助制度得到不断完善和发展,韩 国的法律援助制度中很多做法值得中国学习和借鉴.
Legal aid system is the law to help the poor, the weak and the disabled. It is an important measure to achieve equality and improve the social security legal system, and a judicial aid system widely adopted by most countries in the world. South Korea is the first country to establish legal aid system in Asian countries, its modern legal aid system originated in 1956. On the basis of absorbing the advanced legal aid system in western welfare countries, the legal aid system in Korea has been constantly improved and developed after decades of development. Many of the Korean legal aid systems are worth learning in China.
